Thank you for your interest in entering Carolina’s Got Art! for 2013. Our entry fee is $35. This fee and entry enable you consideration for three shows (see About Our Shows for more detail) – the last of which, “Through The Juror’s Eyes” is a guaranteed opportunity to sell your work (artist permitting).

Before you fill out the form below, have images of your work saved on your computer and use the file naming conventions outlined on the Entry Instructions page. You may submit up to THREE pieces for the $35. Please ensure you’ve read the “Entry Instructions” page before entering. We look forward to seeing your piece(s)!!!

Use Another Browser: i.e. You’re using “Internet Explorer” and don’t see the form – Use “Firefox” or “Safari” or “Opera” instead.
Update Browser: Make sure you’re using the most recent version.
Last Resort: Send your mail/phone/email information via email to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with the following (name, address, how you found us, how you’re paying, details on piece – title, medium, size, price AND an attached image of each piece in electronic format).

TROUBLE UPLOADING FORM OR UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ONLINE FORMS? To validate that your entry has been accepted, upon submission you should land on our “Thank You” page (where you’ll also receive information on how to pay) as well as received an email within minutes (time may increase depending on volume of entries) providing next steps. If neither of these have happened, your entry was not accepted for a variety reasons (the red type at the top of the form should clarify), please try one of the following options.

Re-submit Form: Note the reason (top of page in red) why the entry was rejected. You’ll also have to re-load all images. If images were too large (i.e. 5Mb vs. 500Kb), try to resize them here: http://www.resizemypicture.com/
Re-submit Form: If images are too large and you can’t shrink them using step 1 above, load 2 images using the form and send the third to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with info (title, medium, size, price).
Email Form/Images: If #1/#2 above don’t work, email images to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with address, phone, how you found us and details on images (title, medium, size, price).
Snail Mail: If #1-#3 don’t work, CDs or Flash drives with images may also be submitted to: CGA! c/o Elder Gallery, 1520 South Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28203 – post marked no later than 3/31. Make sure your CD is clearly labeled with your contact information, as well as title, medium, size and suggested retail price of each piece). CDs/Flash drives will not be returned.
