DON’T SEE THE FORM? If you don’t see the form above, please try one of three options:

  1. Use Another Browser: i.e. You’re using “Internet Explorer” and don’t see the form – Use “Firefox” or “Safari” or “Opera” instead.
  2. Update Browser: Make sure you’re using the most recent version.
  3. Last Resort: Send your mail/phone/email information via email to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with the following (name, address, how you found us, how you’re paying, details on piece – title, medium, size, price AND attachment).

TROUBLE UPLOADING FORM OR UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ONLINE FORMS? To validate that your entry has been accepted, upon submission you should land on our “Thank You” page as well as received an email within minutes (time may increase depending on volume of entries) providing next steps.  If neither of these have happened, your entry was not accepted for a variety reasons (the red type at the top of the form should clarify), please try one of the following options.

  1. Re-submit Form: Note the reason (top of page in red) why the entry was rejected.  You’ll also have to re-load all images.  If images were too large, try to resize them here: http://www.resizemypicture.com/
  2. Re-submit Form: If images are too large and you can’t shrink them, load 2 images and send the third to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with  info (title, medium, size, price).
  3. Email Form/Images: If #1/#2 above don’t work, email images to carolinasgotart@gmail.com along with address, phone, how you found us and details on images (title, medium, size, price).
  4. Snail Mail: If #1-#3 don’t work, CDs with images may also be submitted to: CGA! c/o Elder Gallery, 1427 South Blvd. Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28203 – post marked no later than 8/30. Make sure your CD is clearly labeled with your contact information. CDs will not be returned.
