Round One: All work submitted as per the terms of the Entry Instructions will be viewed by the exhibition juror. All best efforts will be made to keep judging impartial and fair. Our goal is to select an exhibition that is broad in scope and reflects the very best quality of work submitted.
Round Two: New York art critic, Mario Naves, will travel to Charlotte to choose prize winners from selected work.
Round Three: From entries not chosen for the Carolina’s Got Art! exhibition, Elder Gallery will select up to 40 pieces to be included in a Salon des Refuses, which will be featured from October 8 through November 30, 2010 at Elder Gallery.
CGA! Traveling Exhibition: Contingent upon securing site sponsors in North and South Carolina, the juror will choose from work selected into CGA! up to 50 pieces, which will constitute a 12-month traveling exhibition.
