Carolina’s Got Art! Exhibition

Artist Submission
- Open Call: Friday, May 28, 2010
- Entry Deadline:  Sunday, August 30, 2010
- Notification of Selected work:   By Wednesday, September 15, 2010

Delivery of accepted work to Carolina’s Got Art!:
1. Delivery In Person:  You may hand-deliver your work on the following dates and times:
- Friday, Sept 17 11am – 3pm
- Satutrday, Sept 18 11am – 3pm
- Monday, Sept 20 11am – 3pm
2. Delivery via Commercial Carrier: Schedule deliveries to arrive ONLY on the following dates since staff will not be there except on these dates.
- Friday, Sept 17 11am – 3pm
- Satutrday, Sept 18 11am – 3pm
- Monday, Sept 20 11am – 3pm

Pick up of unsold work from Atherton Mill (Charlotte)
- Monday, Nov 1 11am – 3pm
- Friday, Nov 5 11am – 3pm
- Saturday, Nov 6 11am – 3pm

Salon des Refuses show will be handled separately and dates, etc. will be communicated directly to those selected.

Opening
- Friday, October 1, 2010 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Closing
- Saturday, October 30, 2010 4:00 p.m.

Awards Presentation
- Friday, October 1, 2010 7:00 p.m.

Hours of Exhibition
Monday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Educational Events
At different times during the month artists will be invited to set up studio space to paint and discuss their work with interested visitors.
